How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free to Australia and the UK. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 6–12 business days in Australia or 7–15 business days in the UK. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best before it ships.
What's your returns policy?
Unopened jars can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and we'll replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. See our Refund Policy.
