MelloBites ships to Australia and the United Kingdom only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse.

Delivery times (estimates)

  • Australia: usually 6–12 business days after dispatch
  • United Kingdom: usually 7–15 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally happen around public holidays, customs processing, severe weather or busy periods.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number, which you can also use on our Track Order page.

Customs, duties and taxes

Australian prices include GST. For UK orders, any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged on delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us at shopmellobites@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it; we can't change an address once an order has shipped.
