Change of mind

You can return unopened, unused jars in their original packaging with the safety seal intact within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on opened jars. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. You won't need to pay return shipping in these cases.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under these laws.

How to start a return

Email shopmellobites@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please don't send items back without contacting us first; we'll give you the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
